Nashua's Winter Holiday Stroll will be held on November 30, 2024

Each year, over 30,000 people gather as we kick off the holiday season in Downtown Nashua. A community celebration like this is made possible by hundreds of volunteers, and with you, we will make this year's a joy filled and memorable event. Thank you for your efforts - many hands make light work - and without the help of volunteers like you, this event would not be possible.

Festivities begin on the Friday after Thanksgiving with Plaid Friday! The shop local alternative to "Black Friday" - encouraging holiday shoppers to visit local shops, and make the choice to support our local economy as they seek out gifts or loved ones, and maybe even a little something to treat themselves.

Saturday is the main event. The Winter Holiday Stroll begins with a candle lit procession down Main Street, lead by Santa & Mrs. Claus. The stroll beings at City Hall, and heads to the Hunt Memorial Building for the lighting of the City' Christmas Tree. From there, attendees explore a wide variety of performances, vendors, shops & restaurants, connect with neighbors and friends, and visit Santa & Mrs. Claus at the Hunt Memorial building.

Volunteers make all of the magic possible, assisting with set up and break down, distribution of candles and information, helping out at Santa's Village, and all of the little things that go into making this major community celebration happen each year.

Thank you for your interest in being a part of Team Downtown Nashua! We look forward to working with you!
